Recipes

These are a collections of recipes from friends and relatives. Some come from cooking gurus and some from novices and experimenters. I would like to add your comments about the recipes or add your own recipes to the collection. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Caveats

Read a couple of lines ahead if possible since the recipe-steps might not be in strict chronological order. For example you may find ideas like:
Do A followed by B
If you want to bring out characteristic C, then you could have done B before A too!
I might have forgotten to mention corresponding names for the ingredients in another language to clear any confusion.
Many ingredients are either optionaly or their quantity/form/order-of-being-put-in are quite flexible. So experimentation might lead you to discover your own algorithm.
