And that was supposed to be at the end of the twentieth century! I have always found sci-fi writers to be overeager for progress and out of tune with reality. Their boyish impatience could have been a little restrained if a few of them were engineers. If you want to take my argument further, watch "Love Srory 2050" to see what Mumbai will supposedly look like in 2050.
