Tomato curry - North Indian

Looks more like chutney
Ingredients:
Tomatoes (diced) 4
onions (cut into small pieces) 1/2 (big one)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
dhaana jeera powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/4 tsp
Turmeric pwd 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Oil 2-1/2 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
Once they start spluttering, add jeera.
Roast it and add onions.
Once they turn brown, add ginger garlic paste to it.
Roast it well and then add tomatoes followed by salt, turmeric, dhaana jeera powder, garm masala and chilli powder.
Cover it and cook till the tomatoes can be mashed up and it becomes like a thick fluid.
This is also good with rotis or rice.
