In English - curry Powder.
Ingredients:
Chana Dal - 1 Table Spoons
Urad Dal - 1 Table Spoons
Dhania (Coriander Seeds) - 1.5 Table Spoons
Red Chillies - 2 to 3 (depending on how spicy you want it)
Methi - few seeds (1/8th tea spoons)
Jeera (Cumin seeds) - 1.5 Tea Spoons
Salt
Method:
Roast each ingredient separately (roast dry, without any oil) and keep aside.
Grind all the ingredients to a powder (should not be very fine).
Add 1/2 tea spoon salt and mix it with the above powder.
Store in a dry place and use as curry powder.
