Cabbage Curry

Ingredients:
Cabbage 1(cut into small pieces)
Potato 1 big or 2 small
Green peas 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
dhaana jeera 1 tsp
turmeric 1/4 tsp
chilli pwd 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
Once they stat spluttering, add jeera and roast it.
Then add cut cabbage, potato and green peas.
Put turmeric and salt over it, mix well and add water (enough to cover 3/4th of the stuff in the pan).
Cover and let it simmer.
Keep stirring occasionally.
Once the vegetables become soft, add dhaana jeera, garam masala and chilli powder. Mix well.
